"The property was reasonably priced and in a great location right next to Horseshoe and close-ish (about 45 minutes) to Collingwood. The house is spacious and easily fit 7 people. The master bathroom in particular was very nice.Unfortunately, we experienced several "new rental" growing pains. The exterior photos were misleading, showing a BBQ that wasn't there (though it was not explicitly listed as an amenity), which disrupted some dinner plans. "Clean rooms, some loose construction materials and broken accessories ie the towel holder for the bathroom was broken and the bar and the hardware was on the window sill in the leaving room. Loose screws ontop of the fridge. And more construction materials in the cabinets
