  • WELCOME TO DEEP MOUNTAIN LODGE! This state-of-the-art log home was completely renovated in 2019. Situated on 10+ acres of forested woodland, this is a wonderful destination for one- or two-family rentals. The Lodge, which sleeps 8+ people, features a large yard with fire pit that is perfect for cookouts and gatherings. Enjoy the lovely screened porch, and a private walking path down to Deering Reservoir—one of New Hampshire's cleanest lakes. Great local restaurants and pubs, just one hour from the Massachusetts border.

    Warm weather guests can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, hiking, and more. Bring your own boat! Just minutes from golfing, hiking trails, and historic sites. For winter fun, this home is just minutes from three ski mountains featuring over 100 ski trails, night skiing, terrain parks, tubing, etc. The lake and surrounding areas provide excellent cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Bring your snow machines!

    Deep Mountain Lodge provides a very rich vacation experience without the commute, traffic jams, or lines of the Lakes Region and White Mountains. Seasonal rentals are also available. Please contact us for more information.

My friends and I meet up every year for our college reunion, and this place was hands down the best we’ve stayed at! Wonderful cabin!

Memorial weekend getaway

The property was great! Very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and just relax. Lake was nice but it was a little chilly over the weekend. The hosts left some muffins, cookies, fruit and some beverages which was we though was a nice touch.

Great getaway

Wonderful well kept home with a lovely screened in porch. Great for morning coffee and relaxing! Nice backyard with a fire pit, picnic table and games. A short walk to the water, which was awesome! The lake was clean and refreshing! We made use of the kayaks and saw many loons with their young! Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful house with Lake access .

Wonderful 3 night stay in this beautiful log home. Access to the lake, dock and kayaks was a bonus. We had a blast on the lake and did a good amount of fishing. We will definitely be back!

Cabin in the New Hampshire Woods

We loved our stay at this property. Cabin was perfect for us. Kitchen was fabulous, air conditioning in each room, so comfortable. Outdoor area with fire pit and picnic tables was great. Host was super responsive to our needs.

The log cabin was very nice and clean. The hosts were so kind and provided some groceries and snacks to start off with. The lake which was down two paths from the house was beautiful.! We had a great time!

Family get away

Lovely log cabin home in the woods, with a quick little walk to the lake to our own dock. We loved having use of kayaks and swimming out to the floating dock. Loved the loons.

Delightful Stay in Deering

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and well equipped! My adult children loved playing in the lake, and I had a great time cooking for all. The goodies left in the fridge were a really nice touch. We’d love to come again, if our schedules all can accommodate another visit!

Perfect for our short getaway!

Four adults all enjoyed the home! The kitchen had everything we needed. The Property Manager/Owner had thoughtful treats and any other items. We will return if vacation time allows us to visit New Hampshire again!

Rejuvenating getaway

The lodge provided our family with a comfortable and relaxing long weekend away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The property manager was responsive to our questions before and during our stay. The furnishings in the lodge were comfortable, and all essentials were provided. We enjoyed playing cornhole and roasting marshmallows in the backyard, and on the one rainy day of our trip, we made good use of the board games provided. The short walk to the lake is a bit steep -- but worth it! We all enjoyed boating and fishing and sunning. The drive to grocery stores and restaurants is only 10-15 minutes.

Great quiet place to spend time

Very clean. Recently renovated with high end appointments. The owners do a great job providing things like maps of the local area, beer in the refrigerator, snacks, etc. Very private a quiet setting with friendly neighbors.

Great fishing!

My husband and boys absolutely loved the bass fishing on this lake. The neighbors were super friendly and let us plug in our boat for the week so we didn’t have to use portable power for the trolling motor.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time! Swimming, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing. Tom and Patty are fantastic owners who made sure everything was great during our stay:) Lisa, the property manager was fantastic as well. Beautiful lake and home, friendly neighbors. We enjoyed a quick summer getaway at this lake house. The home was clean and well-maintained, and the stocked fridge was a nice surprise. The house could use more lighting inside—it felt a bit dark at times.The property is right across the street from the path to the lake, which I hadn’t realized beforehand. The floating dock was a great feature, and the beach area felt private. The lake side was mostly shady during the day, but the dock stayed sunny through the afternoon.The family staying at the house next to the beach was friendly and helpful. The town itself is very small with limited activities, but we did find a charming ice cream shop that was worth the visit.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful week at the camp! It was private and quiet with access to the water which was lovely. The walkway to the water is steep but once there a beautiful spot to spend time swimming and fishing. Host was very responsive and there were sweet welcoming gifts upon arrival. Thanks so much!
