"We really enjoyed this hotel. The check in was a breeze. We were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was spotless. The bed was so comfy. The hot tub was broken, so we didn’t have an opportunity to check it out. They have a heated pool that was operational. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. They had something for everyone. They charge about 22 bucks a day for parking. That was the only expense that I found to be excessive. We will definitely stay here again."

"This is our second stay here in the last month and decided we won’t be back to this location. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Pancake machine gone. Bacon hard as a rock, biscuits burnt, gravy cold, cheese omelets cold. Tv in room didn’t work. Front desk attendant not very helpful. Over all disappointing stay for almost $200 a night."

"Parking lot hard to get out of due to Veterans avenue being a one-way street and very busy. Great air conditioning! Unfriendly staff while checking in. Didn't tell us you get 10% off as a guest at IHOP. Found that out when checking out. Otherwise room was clean. Watch out for staying on ground floor both nights were horrible with noisy person upstairs making noise between 9:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. complained. Not much happened obviously, they did it again the next night."

"The room was dirty. One of the beds had a a spider on it and the other had blood stains. The overall cleanliness was poor. But they are remodeling the property which is scheduled to be done by 2027. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. They had the usual offerings of eggs, meat, and potato. A nice surprise was the waffles. Something to note, parking is $15."

"This property is terrible. It does not adhere to the standards that we are accustomed to from Best Western. This is an older hotel that was rebranded without being remodeled. Not only was it loud, but it was poorly lit, parking was terrible, and it was FILTHY. The carpet was sticky by the Room Door and the Bathroom Door.
