"This is the second time when I have booked a room through Travelocity, I received a handicapped room, and then items in the room were broken or unusable. In this case the shower did not work (though the tub would have been usable). The faucet was clearly not secured to the wall and the knob to pull up for a shower did nothing. Very disappointing. "
