"The hotel is great and the service was excellent! The employees were super friendly. The only complaint is the area is full of transients, tent cities under the bridge and trash because the city allows this to happen. It was a work trip so I had to be there, but I would never visit Austin for any personal reason."

"This was a good stay for 2 nights. We found the area quiet and relaxing. Our girls enjoyed the pool for the most part. Most of the staff were friendly and willing to help. The lobby and everything felt very nice and clean, but our room didn’t. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the bathroom was dated and the tub held water. The kid zone was a major let down. It was filthy and most of the games didn’t work. Overall it was a nice stay, but it definitely could be updated. "

"Here’s a polished hotel review based on what you shared: --- I always enjoy my stay at this hotel! It’s a smaller, simple place, but always clean and quie. The location is super convenient, close to great restaurants, a dance hall, and downtown. The breakfast is decent and gets the job done. Evelyn at the front desk is always so friendly and accommodating—she really makes check-in feel welcoming. This has become my go-to spot whenever I’m in town! "

"It was our first stay here, and my husband and I really enjoyed it. The surroundings were very quiet and family-friendly, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly. The only downside was that the hallways on the third floor, where we stayed, had a strange smell. However, aside from that, we would definitely return for another stay."

"The property is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood. Also, I really liked a nearby supermarket, HEB. The supermarket is located only 0.2-mile from the property."

"The only thing I would fix would be the shower. It was the handicap accessible shower, which we needed. The water pressure was way too low and there was no shower curtain at all. That makes it a little too breezy without one and lets water go everywhere."
