Viatges a Higuey

I’ve been 4 times to the hotel but this time it is noticeably the place needs renovation . I had two roaches in my room and when I asked for water bottle at 9 am to take some meds they brought it in the night . Honestly the place needs a renovation and the food needs to be as it used to be before . The staff are always nice the women but some of the men need to dim it down with the flirting especially when you go alone as a woman .

Everyone employee was polite. The rooms were kept clean and serviced. I will definitely be returning!

I loved the hotel and how good it the room were

We got the beautiful room, but unfortunately also dirty!!!!!!! The floor had dust, the glass in the bathroom was with black disgusting marks , the glass rail in the bathroom was also dirty. In the pool we were struggling to open the umbrella, the internment guys was rightther in a meeting and didn’t even bother to help! When I asked them to help, they apologized and said it wasn’t their job!!!!!! I expressed my disappointment and one of them helped…. Staff at the restaurants were all kind and helpful and friendly, so are the bellboys Sorry to say but we are not coming back:(
