"Showed up late at night to be informed that the hotel was overbooked. We booked the double queen room with the pull out sofa for a family of 5. They asked if a king room with 1 pull out sofa couch would suffice. The hotel doesn’t have pull out beds to offer. They waived the parking fee and threw in 2 additional bottles of water for the inconvenience.
