"My family and I had a great time at this property. Located on a beautiful property. Very relaxing and coordinating with the property owner was very easy. "

"The location is a 5 star location. Some minor issues, no top sheets on any beds but we found them. Weeds around tennis court and swimming pool need to be removed. House was very spacious. Overall, we had a great time."

"We spent Christmas here with friends and family and enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. We were only disappointed in the communication with the property manager due to the holiday and technical issues. If you stay in the winter make sure the fireplace has been serviced as the smoke filled the room due to a faulty draft. "

"House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. Furnishings are chateau-like with many luxurious finishes. Walking trail to Hudson River available. If you’re into equestrian events, check out HITS in Saugerties a top flight show facility with jumpers. Across...

"Perfectly sized space in a wonderfully peaceful area. Close to Kingston and a lot of restaurants. The host was very responsive to questions. Would stay there again."

"Our family had the best time at Don’s lake house. The grounds are amazing with lakefront access. The fire pit and gazebo were big hits. Don was super communicative and answered any questions we had. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we can’t to return. "

"This house was perfect for 2adults. The property is well maintained and has more amenities than we got around to using. Great nostalgic decor. Fully equipped kitchen with one appliance missing…a dishwasher. Otherwise a very cozy vacation!"

Don was very easy to communicate with and had great suggestions regarding what to see in the area. Sunsets were beautiful and directly in front of the house as if they were choreographed! "I spend the weekend with my mom, daughter and aunt. The house was very clean & comfortable. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He left us eggs, zucchini and samples of honey and syrup. Location was close to many activities. I would stay here again."

"The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe."
