"I was on a business trip at the Red Roof in Livonia and the staff was great great big smile on her face when I walked in taking care of business as a fire alarm was going off making sure my room was great no strings attached. "As soon as you walk into the hotel it smells great! Rooms were super clean, and updated. Great bathroom and shower. Receptionist was great, my room did not lock and my room was immediately changed and she gave me and my daughters free snacks for the inconvenience which really wasn’t a big one.
