"Jose was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive to all questions asked and in a timely manner. The property was perfect for our needs, very clean, with a large spacious floor layout. Private rooms allowed for personal space. Latest media technology made watching Sat football games very easy. Thanks Jose for a great stay, looking forward to book it again when I’m in the area. "

"We really enjoyed the privacy of the grounds, lake, dock , swimming, boats and paddle boards. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. We had a great stay, thanks."

"The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe."

"Beautiful home, on a quiet street. Ample view from the living room, kitchen and deck/dock. We loved have a little private beach area for my daughter. The game room was such a fun bonus!! We will definitely be back !! "

"Relaxing stay with plenty of room to enjoy some down time. In a neighborhood in a rural setting about 25 mins from West Point. Wonderful hosts that communicated specific directions so all was clear for arrival and departure. Would do it again."

"We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. "
