"I checked in and they put me in a room, I unpacked and then they made me move rooms because I was given the “wrong” room. I was moved to a similar room but not as clean as the first room, stains on the couch, ceiling and walls. Definitely disappointed, our room had a view of the extended stay next store, people could see directly in our room and we could see in theirs. "It was a terrible experience at Lakeway holiday Inn. Elevator was not working for my entire 3 days stay. I had to carry all my suitcases bags from stair case and no help was offered. Breakfast had old bagels and powder eggs and no tea bags. Over all stale stuff. Bathroom tap water had extremely low flow. Refrigerator had loud noise. Had to unplug to get a peaceful sleep.
Terrible experience over all."

"While outside of the downtown Austin area the room was large enough to accommodate myself and friends. The hotel is quiet and members of staff were congenial. My only reservation is with the lack of a larger OR another trash bin, garbage filled up fast. Wonderful stay!"
