"We enjoyed our overnight stay at this quaint nicely appointed carriage house."

"The house was just as described on the listing. Very clean, beautifully situated right on the lake and stocked with everything you could need. Don was very easy to communicate with and had great suggestions regarding what to see in the area. Sunsets were beautiful and directly in front of the house as if they were choreographed! "This property has exactly what we were looking for to spend a long weekend and create new memories. The welcoming atmosphere and breathtaking views offer a unique experience. Jones was easily accessible to respond to any questions. We will certainly come and definitely recommend this property to family and friends. "

"Beautiful home, on a quiet street. Ample view from the living room, kitchen and deck/dock. We loved have a little private beach area for my daughter. The game room was such a fun bonus!! We will definitely be back !! "

"This is a n extraordinary condo that feels like home, elegant but comfortable, and the view is outrageous. With a view of the Hudson and West Point and a first class restaurant a stone's throw. And check out the Phillipstown Depot Theater across the tracks -- an intimate, compelling creative space. Great bookstore nearby, and an art gallery. And minutes from Cold Springs and the magnificent Graymoor Franciscan Center. We loved our stay."

"We really enjoyed the privacy of the grounds, lake, dock , swimming, boats and paddle boards. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. We had a great stay, thanks."
