"Great stay we booked 2 apartments and it was perfect. Comms was great and we forgot some items which they kindly put in the post back to us. Thanks!! "

"The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air. Positives, able to use the luggage store on arrival, paid to use the pool, loungers around pool were not comfortable but plenty of them."

"It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."

"I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others."

"Excellent location in the heart of Clifton village. Well appointed apartment, parking not guaranteed but plenty of off street parking nearby. Overall excellent value for money. "

"Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok."

"Pros: the owner is very accommodating, we arrived pretty late yet he is still happily wait for us and show us around the property. The property itself is very charming with old exposed brick and country furniture but with a twist of modern appliances making my stay as comfortable and homey. The kitchen is complete with everything I need for cooking especially love the tiny compact dishwasher. We wander around the backyard/garden and enjoy morning coffee on the tree house. "This aparthotel exceeded expectations — perfectly located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from Cardiff Central station, the river, and the beautiful Bute Park. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. "We enjoyed a cosy stay at Inn Cardiff. The property is within easy walking distance from the train station, trail walk, castle and shopping precinct, as well as a number of eating venues. The availability of a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a supply of crockery and cutlery was very convenient for sandwich making and breakfast in the room. Steve was available to answer our questions which was a big help."

"We had a lovely time relaxing in this beautiful part of Somerset, we went out on a couple of day trips but our main objective was to get away and relax from a stressful job and life which this holiday done for us. Great place for peace and quiet and my wife enjoyed having the hot tub and swimming pool so near to hand."

"It was accommodation only. We had key code to let you in. Didnt see the owner at all. Bedroom was small but adequate. Ensuite was small. Bed was not that comfortable but it was very clean."

"Beautiful, well furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries in bathroom. Very luxe! Great to have Nespresso Machine with pods too. So many great dining options nearby. Cool to hear students practising in the Uni Music School Building opposite the apartment. "
