The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home from home near the centre of High Wycombe. Tucked away on a quiet street and recently refurbished, this house offers modern and new amenities throughout styled with interiors that give a nod to the 60's and 70's. It's a perfect place for three individuals or even a family group of five visiting the local area. Perfect for those visiting or working in around the Chilterns town of High Wycombe.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Location couldn't be better, 300 yards from my folks. Myself, partner and 4 year old stayed for three nights. House is spacious, cosy, warm, and quiet after about 10pm. It is on a busy road. I wanted to give a 5 star review but for this sort of money i expect a good standard of decoration inside and out. All the walls, ceilings and skirts need cracks filling and a fresh coat of paint. Dead plants in the pots out the back wouldnt take long to sort out so your guests can enjoy. Just the small attention to details that would make this 5 star. I understand it is heavily used being so close to London, just needs tidying up in places.
