"The beds were clean but the pull out bed had a huge stain on it so that was disgusting. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. Breakfast didnt look appealing. The country gravy wasnt cooked right. I don’t understand why we have to pay for a wristband to use the waterslide. Other hotels have slides and its always included. Plus the hot tubs were empty and out of service."

"Property is in a bit of a transition stage, both inside and outside. Lots of construction in the area that makes access a bit awkward, and they are clearly past the half-way point of renovating the property itself. With a bit more time (weeks to a month or two), this will be a great basic property for folks that are looking for clean, safe, and convenient, but not necessarily fancy. Only criticism is that the WiFi is weak in some areas - might need to make the mesh a bit denser to get good...

"Positives: the AC was crisp and cold, the staff was very helpful, the elevated surfaces (table top, sink, etc) were clean. The shower’s water pressure was great and I felt safe in the hotel. Needs improvement: The floor was not very clean. When I accidentally dropped something, I noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpet. There were stains and burns as well. It felt fine for a solo adult traveler without animal hair allergies, but I’d not want a smaller kid crawling on the carpet. That being...

"I really wanted to enjoy the time here. But this property was not well maintained. The room was really dirty. There was hair and garbage in a corner of the bathroom. The shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. You get 4 waterpark towels that are paper thin. First night was constant loud banging and stomping for hours well into midnight. The icing on the cake was the 2 staples my 6yo had to have put in his head during an ER visit after slipping and falling hitting his head on one...

"The shower in our room did not work, couldn't get the water off of extreme hot or extreme cold..no in between. The tiptoe seat was loose. We Went to breakfast before 9 and barely any food was in there and what they was was cold, the room was filthy, no lids for coffee cups. Gross. The staff did get more food after my husband talked to them, and they seemed to care about the issues in our room."
