Hotels a High Town, Luton

"A great all rounder good choice hotel...close to the airport, great customer service, helpful staff, yummy breakfast and comfy bed"

"Friendly staff"

"No working AC in both rooms."

"The hotel seems quite recent and fixture and fittings are good. The room was clean. Nice reception staff. A little drawback in our room: the triple room was quite tight and there was a big pillar on the middle of our room Also parking was really tight. We arrived quite late and struggled to park"

"A perfect stay, the room was very clean and close to the airport"

"Good value for money, very nice accommodation but a little noisy. It is a house with private rooms so not sound proof."

"The staff were absolutely Amazing and the hotel is lovely, really good value for money"

"I booked this hotel for 3 nights, but I could only stay for 1 night because the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty and did not feel hygienic or safe. The bedsheets were dirty, the walls were badly stained, and the overall standard of cleanliness was very poor. The worst part of my stay was finding bedbugs in the room. I immediately reported this to reception, expecting the issue to be taken seriously, but the staff showed very little concern and did...

"We were warmly greeted at reception by Hayley. We checked in and booked breakfast for the morning. Hayley also gave us bottled water for our room. Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a beautifully cooked full English breakfast, with fruit juice and coffee and the option of yoghurt and fruit. Yes, the hotel needs some TLC in some areas, but the excellent customer service more than made up for it."

"Nice clean rooms, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful."

"Lovely dinner and staff. Breakfast is sent service continental style, so no cooked options which was a shame after the dinner. It's a 14th century pub, so lots of character and in a small village."
