"Cozy cottage on a busy road. Nice backyard for the dogs, and access to a beautiful property across the road with fields they could run in. Frank is a very responsive and thoughtful host. We were very comfortable in the main floor bedroom suite. "

"Spacious, clean and comfortable! Loved the coffee. Stayed for work in Kingston - took 20 minutes to get there. Helpful instructions and quick, clear communication. Went to rebook but…. It was already taken. Will try again another time!"

"The hose is really cute and decorated well, however we were put off by the smell of the water. My family refused to even wash with it. We had to go to the store for bottled water and shower at a friend's house. Also the bedding needed to be laundered. I emailed the owner about these problems and did not hear back."
