"I paid for a one bedroom King suite, when I showed up to the hotel, they said that it wasn’t available. And the only thing that was available was the very basic room they offered. I paid $177 a night and the room they gave me was $52 a night. I still have not received a refund for the cost difference. There was no Manager available, and was told on a Friday when I checked in, that there would be no one to help or assist me until the Manager came back on Monday."

They gave me a room on the second floor, but no elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs 2 flights. "Met the staff in the afternoon as she drove up and made sure we had access code to lock. When we asked about the breakfast, which was listed on the Expedia details, she said there was no breakfast. She did check back later in the early evening if we needed anything, we did not."

"A great place. The shower was amazing. But..... The parking spaces! We rented a Tahoe for our trip, and the spaces in the lot were TIGHT. Next time they restripe the lot, they need to make the spaces wider. A small issue, but still. Other than that, we loved our stay."
