客室の不織布のスリッパが、新品ではなく、使い回しのように思えました。素足で履くこともあるので、衛生面が気になりました。もしかしたら、前のお客様の忘れ物だったのでしょうか。もしそうなら、清掃時に片付けるはずなので、やはり備品だったと思われます。洗面所、浴室は清潔だったので、残念です。

親子で利用しました。嬉しかったのは客室がとても広かったこと、朝食ビュッフェの質が高く種類も多くて美味しかったこと、大浴場が温泉で飲み物サービスと休憩スペースが最高に癒しだったこと、駅のすぐそばだったこと、伝統和紙で作るコースターと栞教室の開催です。部屋にペットボトルがなくて、ウォーターサーバーでお水やお湯を汲みに行くのには少し戸惑いました。ソフトウエアというか、中身で勝負している感じで満足度は高かったです。
