"距離熱海站很近，出站後左邊一條直路，經過巴士總站，約3分鐘路程。步行距離內有便利店。 整體環境簡約、不錯，算是乾淨整潔。員工非常友善。 唯獨check-out時不能寄存行李這一點很不方便。職員指引我要到站附近的另外一個地方付費寄存，然而我選擇了在站的locker寄存。酒店附送了在大堂的Tully’s早餐，是尚可的！"
