"Location for the home was a blessing and a chore. On the one hand there was wildlife (an elusive black bear!) and amazing trails. On the other it took 20 minutes on narrow, partially paved back roads to get there from the main road (19 into Fayetteville). From there you could get anywhere easily. "The Cozy Cottage was an excellent VRBO to stay at in Fayetteville. The house was comfortable and well kept. The owners were responsive, and we had great communications with them when needed.
