  • Relaxing two queen bedroom home, one full bath, washer and dryer, fully equipped open kitchen, fire pit, private dock, kayaks, life jacket, wi-if, lake front property. Public boat ramp close by. Enjoy fishing, swimming and relaxing in the foothills of NC. **due to fraud we do not accept checks, only credit cards or bank transfer through VRBO. Located in Claremont, NC. 4858 Longfield st.
    We are not on lake Norman but about 20 miles from it. We are a lake between Norman and Lake Hickory. Very relaxing, big enough to ski, tube, swim but small enough to not worry about the big crowds.

This property is clean and comfortable. The lake was so peaceful and we enjoyed the dock and kayaks. We had everything we needed for a relaxing mini vacation.

Nice place to stay I was here for 3 weeks and enjoyed it immensely , the host was terrific. The neighbors were year round residents and as nice as could be would definitely stay again

This property is beautiful!!! You are right on the lake. Great for swimming and kayaking. The host provided everything you could need for your stay.

Very nice, clean place. The water was busy (boats/jet skis). And the neighbors were friendly. Kids had fun fishing and swimming around the dock.

Everything was perfect, especially the view. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was fully equipped. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place on the lake! Cute boathouse decor, kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook. Conveniently located to town but far out enough for peace & quiet.

This was a perfect weekend getaway for my family and I. All of the neighbors were absolutely delightful and super friendly! The host was excellent and answered every question I had very quickly. Will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Great place to stay, kids loved fishing and playing on the beach. Clean and had everything you could need. Even found an arrow head in the sand by the water! Great view.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The interior was relaxing and well appointed. The exterior had plenty of room for hanging out, parking, a nice beach area and dock. The kayaks and water toys were a great bonus!

This is our second stay here and it was just as pleasant as the first time. House is clean and fully stocked for a relaxing stay. We will continue to stay here when we are in town visiting our son and his family.

Nice short get away. Deck needs some work but it was a beautiful view. Inside was nice, as pictured, and we had everything we needed.

The house was immaculate. We had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was clean. The lake was so nice. We enjoyed the fishing, but didn't catch much I think had alot to do with the boating traffic. But it was a great time.

Host was communicative, property was even better than anticipated and extremely clean. Used the Kayaks for a fantastic day out on the water. 11/10 stay overall, and we will be back!
