We have the house and the apartments designed with great care to make our guests feel at home here guaranteed. We await our guests with spacious, sunny, modern and comfortable furnished apartments. If they see "occupied" in the calendar, they ask despite the fact that we offer several apartments. Our satisfied and coming back year after year, guests are guaranteed. We recommend our apartments for guests looking for quality, tranquility, and are looking for a family atmosphere.

Our new house is in one of the most beautiful streets of Hévíz. It is in a quiet neighborhood yet central location, only 1 km from the spa, and the popular vineyard is also nearby. Both are easy and safe to reach (a kind of funny 'tram') with the 'Dotto'.

In our lovingly and tastefully furnished apartments will make you feel right at home. Each apartment is individually designed, you stay with us is a very personal experience.

We await our guests with high quality apartments that offer plenty of space for 2-3 people. The apartments are spacious (approx 40-55qm), bright and friendly.

In the morning, when the sun is shining .... You can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony of your apartment to the fullest.

Each room has:

 - A bright, cozy living room: it is stylishly furnished with sofa bed (140 * 200cm) for an extra person, another sitting area, cable TV

- Kitchen area in the living room: it is equipped with electric hotplates, refrigerator, coffee kettle and toaster,

- Bedrooms: they can accommodate 2 people. The beds are 180x200 cm tall, with orthopedic mattresses. Health beds relaxation. The special microclimate of Hévíz support restful sleep,

- Safety deposit box is available in each apartment,

- Bathroom with shower and WC

- Each apartment has a balcony where you can have breakfast in the morning and in the evening enjoy a glass of wine can,

- All apartments are Non smoking for your stay better quality.

Our guests have a closed Parklplatz directly on site, which is operated by our guests with an electric roller door. Bicycles can be stored with us.

In summer, the garden sun beds, and find a pergola, so you can enjoy the fresh air while you are in the sun.

Nearby you will find a nice restaurant where you cheap lunch - can and dinner. Grocery store and butcher shop are within 5 minutes walk.

We promise you rest and recovery from everyday life. The holiday is a good opportunity to once again fill up forces to regenerate their body to mobilize defenses to put small chronic suffering body. Where you could do better than us in Hévíz, Anett's Villa.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, gut organisiert und alles sehr sauber. Auch das Miteinander mit anderen Hausgästen war angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielleicht aber zu einer anderen Jahrenzeit wegen der diesmal doch großen Hitze. Insgesamt: Absolut zu empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war einwandfrei, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit sehr sicher, da der "Wachhund" Mad Max gut auf uns aufgepasst hat und wir den kleinen Kerl ins Herz geschlossen haben. Annett und ihr Ehemann waren sehr nett, stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hatten auf alle unsere Fragen eine Antwort. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub in Anett´s Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit . Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen .

Würden wir immer wieder wählen.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus am Ortsrand von Heviz gelegen. Eine Lage, die schon die römischen Siedler vor 2000 Jahren schätzten, wie vorgefundene Ausgrabungen belegen. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut eingerichtet. Wir hätten es kaum besser treffen können.
