"Fantastic property. Quiet yet close to so many things to explore and do. The house is exactly as described. It has the best mattresses we ever had in a vacation property. The kitchen is so well equipped. We loved to sit on the balcony off the top floor bedroom and watch the world go by. The host is extremely nice. So quick in responding to any question and very helpful. "

"This is an interesting little space tucked into beautiful rural New Mexico. There is a small kitchen downstairs with a large open area perfect for meals, art, and games along with a full bath attached to the kitchen. Upstairs is a large living area, full bathroom, and bedroom. Walking through the bedroom is a separate room with two twin beds. "Staying at this beautiful setting less than 20 min from downtown Santa Fe was a highlight of our trip. The view from the front patio, which is well appointed for relaxing with friends, was wonderful. Mountains layered to the horizon changed as the sun set over cocktails. The home is large and well appointed. Six of us - three couples - shared the home and it could have accommodated another couple easily. "

The casita was an enchanting historical building set in a breathtaking area. Floyd was so welcoming and gave us great advice of things to do and places to see in the area. Lazy drive to shopping/dining (is NM doing a passive aggressive protest of TX speed limits?), so stock up since you won’t want to leave anyway. "Our stay here was perfect. The area, magical. Communication with the owner couldn’t be better - they are a true gem! The house offers privacy, is immaculately clean, has gorgeous light, is stocked with all the essentials and has the most wonderful patios with views. "Awesome place to get away "

"We loved everything about this sweet place. The yard and garden is so serene and peaceful. And the house is as cute as it could be. The location worked well for side trips to Abiquiú, the local wineries were fun visits, and all of the locals were friendly and warm. Highly recommend. "
