"I originally only booked one night and then extended my staff to three nights due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the first day and handled the additional headache well and let me stay in my original room. From greeting me when we arrived to preparing breakfast my experience was very pleasant. There is not frequently that I have to stop in Eislingen but going forward now I have a reason. "Room was comfortable and smelt very nice. Bathroom was a little tired but decent enough for one night! "

"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. The cables hanging directly above the bed for the bed lights made it...

"Very nice stay - Personal very polite - decoration at the top, breakfast very nice, and sauna open till 22:00 which is good for a relaxing moent. Rooms are very comfortable, with a Nespresso machine on the room which brings any meeting to a nice moment spent in the room. I will for sure come back if any travel brings me to Aalen again "

"Cosy room, friendly staff, good food in the restaurant belonging to the hotel. Free parking, everything park-like well maintained. Must be very special in summer when the beer garden is in use. We will come back!"
