"I had no idea that you had to wait until after 3pm to get a code to be able to get into the front door and your room since there was no person at all inside. I called the phone # on the outside board and that person found the code for me since I did not get any info from expedia until much later. There was not a refrigerator to use."

"Property was good, great place for a last minute stay. Double bed is cheaper than a single bed surprisingly. "We have booked at the Dylan Hotel at least three times. This hotel is one stop away from San Francisco International Airport on the BART.
We like the convenience of the hotel so close to the BART station.
The hotel is very nice and clean. They have a very nice outdoor patio to enjoy a glass of wine. It is within walking distance of the local restaurants. A clean and nice community."
