"The boxcar is very cozy and cute! It was a quiet, rejuvenating place to rest after traveling. We all slept well, enjoyed a hot shower and the friendly dogs. There were horses and foals at the farm too (though we only observed those :) ) I think we would have loved a few more nights!"

"Off the beaten path, yet easy to get to this lovely barn apartment. The back deck is ideal for relaxing, watching the sunset, observing mule deer, road runners, etc. and listening to the birds sing. The hosts have paid close attention to detail while designing, constructing, and decorating this attractive and comfortable living space. It was the perfect place for us to recover from travel, to have easy access to explore Amarillo, and to regroup for the next leg of our cross-country journey. "

"Glenda's Downtown Bungalow was a spacious, spotless, and tastefully-furnished home base for exploring Palo Duro Canyon. Well-equipped kitchen and laundry, master bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed, and the blackout shades worked beautifully keeping out the bright morning light. Jack-and-Jill bathroom had a nice shower flow with quick hot water and soft, luxurious towels.
