"The property is definitely “rustic”. Clean, but in need of updates and improvements (I.e. newer pots and pans, no patio furniture on back deck as noted, front door needs new weather stripping, musty smell, air conditioning did not cool down some areas, window ac unit was very loud, bathroom tub ledge needs to be replaced - moldy from moisture, frig was missing shelving)."

"This is a great location if you want to check out the lake superior Lakeshore, as well as Bayfield and Madeleine Island. Everything is very conveniently located you can walk to most places in Ashland right from the place. The apartment is pretty basic with kitchen items, but enough to do what you need to do. Very comfortable bad and very quiet."
