"Very nice and clean hotel! Reception was closed but I got very detailed instructions before arrival on how to retreive my key and find the room. I was also gifted sweets and wine. I loved that the fridge was bigger than usual hotel fridges/minibar. I also got the breakfast, which was served at a nearby café, and I got my breakfast served at the table. Very cozy place and everything was tasty! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stay only 2 days, however help coming from management was exceptional by supply with WiFi password before hand in order to gain access to the room upon late arrival. Room was very modern and clean. Kitchen facility well equipped and small bottle of raki was very nice welcome touch. Facility are little harder to find for people unfamiliar with the city and google maps and my GPS had problem with finding the place. Other then small issue our stay was super pleasant and very comfortable. "

When you are just arriving, the surrounding area might look a bit different than expected, but it seemed very safe and once you walk into the city it is very nice and cute. Our hotel wasn't necessarily *close* to all the food/shopping or the fort, but it was within a reasonable walk that felt safe to us.
