"El hotel no es muy acogedor, se siente rústico. El Reataurante de Planta Baja es bueno pero se mete el golpe de la comida a todo el hotel. Está en una zona muy turística y eso es muy valioso. Pudimos caminar por la zona más linda de Frankfurt y conectar con el Tramp muy cercanamente. Muchas tiendas de souvenirs y hasta un reloj cu-cu compramos."

"Das Zimmer war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig. Einziger Kritikpunkt meinem Empfinden nach ist, dass tatsächlich für 2 Personen auch tatsächlich nur je 2 Teller, Gläser, Löffel, Gabeln etc. vorhanden sind. So ist man gezwungen, entweder nach der Nutzung direkt von Hand zu spülen oder - extrem umweltschädlich - für die paar Sachen die Spülmaschine anzuwerfen. Hier wäre etwas mehr Vorrat sicher sinnvoll."

"Nobody gets in before 3 PM so although you wait all day if you’re an American flying in you then have a line of most of the people checking in. It was just a mess and unnecessary way to do things if you’re coming into Frankfurt in the morning, find a better hotel. "

"Very clean room, great bathroom - full bath, separate shower in cubicle, unusually large toilet. Lots of room for toiletries. Towels and shower caps. Shower gel, hand soap and hand moisturiser provided. Heated towel rail on wall. Lockable solid door. Room was spacious. Big TV in sensible location. Small side table with good seats. Double bed was 2 singles together with separate covers, which was perfect actually. Side tables we actually tables with 2 outlets each side so lots of room for bits...

"Everything was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the reason for 4 stars: soundproofing where internal door connects to another room and floor or ceiling have limited soundproofing, someone was snoring in different room and we could easily hear that person."

"Wir hatten wieder eine tolle Zeit,das Zimmer top gepflegt, bequem und Größe für 3 Personen ausreichend. Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wer bei dieser Auswahl noch meckern hat ,dem ist wirklich nicht mehr zu helfen. Brot, Brötchen,Waffeln,Wurst,käse, Marmelade,Honig, Nutella, Joghurt verschiedene Sorten,Gurken,Eier und vieles mehr. Neben dem Hotel ist direkt der Ostbahnhof,tolle Anbindung für Stadt und weiters. Die Fenster im Zimmer sind 3 Fach verglast,also keine Lärmbelästigung....
