"This hotel is well maintained, the rooms are immaculately kept. The air conditioning blows cold. Despite having a balcony room above the pool, the pool noise stopped promptly at 10:00 pm when the pool closed. The noise was not very noticeable prior to that with the TV on. Employees were helpful and it’s in a nice location towards the end of the busy area of Branson. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel would be 5 stars if they put some more time into cleaning it. Our sheets had stains and hairs on them. The flooring looked nasty and had Not been vacuumed. The carpet and towles also had stains. I felt dirty the whole time. We ended up buying some sheets from Walmart. But I will say the plus of staying there is having steamy joes! Best breakfast and coffee in town!"

"The room and bed was clean. Ac was set at 68 when we checked in but was not blowing much air. So not my first hotel stay by a long shot i took the front vent cover off and the filter was plugged solid whit dirt. Removed filter and ac worked alot better. Clearly no one has done spring ac check in awhile. Leaves me wondering what other hidden things are not being checked or cleaned. Breakfast was disgusting. B&G way to much salt and to thick. "I absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. Most hotels at this age/price tend to have some mold around the outside corners of the shower by the bathroom door. None of that here. Everything felt very clean in the room as well as the breakfast area. The sweet woman who worked in the breakfast area was so very kind and helpful! Next two mornings they had breakfast which was okay. Mattress in our first room was lumpy, not comfortable. Changed rooms and was better. Years ago we stayed there alot, not impressed this time.
