"I rented this last minute after making a mistake on another rental I wanted. I accidentally rented an entire house with privacy and had it all to ourselves with our dog but the accident was I booked the wrong week, it was the week prior to what I needed and lost all my rental fees. But I was desparate for a place because it was for my sons wedding so 2 days prior to needing it I found this place. It looked exactly like the last one I booked and the size seemed similar so I booked it quickly....

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"

"This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!"

"Our stay here was wonderful! The property is gorgeous, so much space to spread out for our yearly family vacation (32 of us!). The kitchen is amazing!! You’ll have anything and everything you would need to cook. The pool was great for the kids, the deck outside overlooking the pond is a great spot to relax with a drink and snacks. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, it was clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy hanging with our family. Highly recommend!!"

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked the house was—it truly had everything we could possibly need and more.Our group of 12 (including young kids and dogs!) had tons of space to spread out comfortably, and every single bed was super cozy. "The property was great! Very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and just relax. Lake was nice but it was a little chilly over the weekend. The hosts left some muffins, cookies, fruit and some beverages which was we though was a nice touch."

"Barbara was so friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond taking last minute changes in stride and going out of her way to make us comfortable. Will absolutely make this our go to destination if we’re in the area again."

"Came up for our annual golf trip, house was great! Plenty of room for our group. The house had everything we needed, just wish we had better weather to take advantage of the outdoor setup. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice peaceful getaway."

"The pictures do not do this beautiful setting justice! We were expecting something much smaller than what we presented with when we arrived. The hosts are unbelievably accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and were quickly on site if we had any questions. My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to spend on the property. If we are back in the area next year, we will definitely be trying to book here again!! Thank you for such an amazing experience! "
