"We arrived around 3am and did not realize our reservation somehow had gotten put in for the day after and the staff would not let us change it to the current day even though they had spare rooms so we was forced to pay a second time and we was only there for 5 hrs. The staff acted like she could care less about the situation. There eas also no parking spots left so we had to park at the hotel next door."

"There is a lot to like about this hotel. Our room was clean and pleasant..Very comfortable. Totally Adequate bath. Nice tv and couch. When my husband and I needed separate space, there was a social/business area downtown where it was possible to read or write. There was similar outdoor space if we had not wanted to hang out in our room. The staff were constantly helpful and pleasant. There was a very pleasant breakfast area. I wanted something small and protein packed so I ordered two eggs...

"Air conditioning was window unit. Loud, not great. Grounds were overgrown with weeds. Parking lot looked sketchy. The back door wasn’t locked. Usually room key entry. It was wide open day and night. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machines didn’t work. Coffee watered down. Horrible. Hot water in shower lasted 2 minutes. In town on CMA weekend so not a lot of options."

"It was a clean hotel, convenient to where we needed to be. The kids appreciated the size of the pool to get some energy out after a long day in the car!"

"We had four cockroaches in our room, room weren’t cleaned that much , mostly changed towels and garbage."

"Water was shut off no help or discounts despite not having water to shower, make coffee or flush the toilet."

"Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location if you are going to the Opry. Would have given it five stars but there were not coffee pots in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby which is fresh ground and good it was just inconvenient for several of us."

"When we arrived to the hotel at about 11pm the front door was closed and locked. Had to wait on someone to come down to check us in. When you first walk in it smells like sewage and not clean. The managers son was who came down to help us and had to call his mom on the phone to help us at the front desk. Our room did not have an ironing board or iron and the front desk could not locate one. The room also did not have a full body mirror. Bed sheets were also not clean."

"The room was great. It’s large with a kitchen and living area with a couch and desk. It was clean. The toilet paper was horrible! Very thin and scratchy. The tissue paper was ok. If you have a big beautiful well equipped studio suite why would there be such cheap toilet paper? The breakfast buffet was ok. I would have preferred regular scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. No everyone likes turkey sausage. I know very few people who eat it. I saw a lot of people go to the hot items, lift...
