The spacious, single-level interior comes well-appointed for modern comfort and convenience. A peaceful front porch is perfect for sipping coffee and a a sunny side deck comes furnished with a covered patio set and grill for happy hours and family barbecues. The kitchen showcases gorgeous counters and all-new stainless steel appliances (with dishwasher) for all your home-cooking needs. There's seating for four at the adjacent dining table. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

It was perfect. It was myself and my daughter. Loved being right on the bike trail and next to the trailside brewery. We had a wonderful fall weather and the place was immaculate. Would stay again and probably will.

The house was exactly like the pictures. It was extremely neat and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was a walking/bike path right beside the house and there was a lot of activity on it. The only negative was the traffic noise. For it to be in a residential neighborhood, I couldn"t believe the amount of traffic! From about 5;30 am to 10 pm, it was nonstop. There were cars trucks, trucks pulling trailers, motorcycles and everything else. The house was right by an intersection so the noise was coming from all directions. if you are not a light sleeper it might not be a problem. The proximity to 2 busy streets might make it a problem for small children. The house itself was perfect, the location could pose a problem.

Beautiful and wonderful home! Very clean! Only thing is pack your earplugs if you wake easily because lots of thru traffic right beside the house early in the morning. And if you don’t mind lots of people walking the nature trail and bike path that passes right beside the house front porch and also beside the side deck, then you’ll be fine. If you want lots of privacy and quiet outside on the porch in the mornings or evenings this won’t be the place for you. Otherwise it’s terrific! :)

Great property and location.

Great house - well supplied and very clean! Super cute! Easy access to the bike trail, and about 0.25 mile walk down bike trail to fantastic brewery, coffee shop, and cafe. It was all fantastic. My only complaint is how close to the bike trail and the road the house is built. We kept all the window shades closed as it felt a bit like a fishbowl with bikers riding past. It’s just what the lot is, but as a heads up, if you want privacy, keep the shades closed. The only other complaint was the mattress quality. We didn’t sleep well either night as the mattress in the master bedroom sinks to the middle. If that was upgraded, it would be a 5 review, even with the pedestrian traffic. The bike trail itself is so great that you can’t be that mad about the traffic. Fantastic little place.

Nice near Ecusta trail

Nice, neat and clean. The onky issue is the beds were too soft and sagged in the middle and the house sits on a busy corner yet in a nice neighborhood next to the Ecusta trail and peop km e walking by were very friendly.

Nice place

The house is great. It's a close to a Greenway , so walking, running and cycling are there to enjoy. Just so happens that Monday and Tuesday there was construction taking place right outside the front door and it was from 7:30 in the morning until Around 5 pm. Night time was really nice and quiet.

I loved everything about the stay if I could add anything would be to put screens on the outside of the windows because opening the windows, especially at night is impossible because of no screens. I also think another nice addition would be a small shed with some bikes. And also, I would absolutely consider putting in ceiling fans Although you do have AC it really doesn’t generate a lot of coolness in the house Other than that the state was absolutely awesome. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again. Gotta love the drunk walk down to the brewery. Lol.

Blue House on Blythe in Hendersonville

Communication is key in every relationship and they made it easy for us to get to the place, get into the place and just relax and enjoy once we were there. This was convenient to our relatives in Hendersonville and more relatives that met up with us from San Diego. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Cottage

This was our second stay at the Blue House and it was just perfect. It was me and my BFF and we enjoyed the back deck each night. Beds are very comfy and kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Love it !

Love this home

This was the second time we stayed for an extended time period. We are excited for the trial to be completed. Perfect spot to start a bike ride. It is stocked with more dishes than you will ever need. Beautiful home.

The house was perfect. The only problem was where to dispose of trash & recyclables. It would be very helpful to have a small notebook about such things. Thankfully our son lived around the corner & he took our trash.
