"Staff was good for communication but property was not clean. You will feel smoke near to lift area and before entering your room. I had requested for Crib during reservation but they denied that they don't provide Crib. Please arrange your own breakfast as they provide only Coffee, Muffin, 2-3 Packed item etc. They didn't provide utensils and when I requested lot of items were not available and I got only some Plates, spoon, Pan etc. which I had to carry from their store room to my room. "My biggest concerns were the room did not have a sofa in it, which should be a necessity, especially at the price it cost. Also, the mini fridge was a pain opening and closing it."

"Not sure why all the 1 and star hotels do NOT CLEAN THE HARDWARE like the sink faucet shower hardware,etc. it’s disgusting. The water and tear is to be expected since the rate is lower and it is cleaner than most other hotels of the same star level. However, the bedsheets had a hole. There spring of the mattress pokes through the bed and I feared for my life awakened by someone trying to knock down the door beside me (domestic dispute and the police came). "Pros: First look lobby looks pretty. Cold AC in room. Toiletries provided. Cons: Carpet in room felt sticky and there was a wet spot near the bed. The tub faucet had hair on it, no complimentary water bottles, only one elevator is working. Breakfast was okay but not so much tea packet selection and almost empty. Breakfast area furnitures are already peeling."

"Pulling up to the place it’s very nice & well maintained, but opening the door to enter the building all I could smell is weed, day #3 of our stay it started to fade, the hallway was only vacuumed once in our 4 day stay, it’s a beautiful building but more needs to be done on the interior maintenance."

"The entry, hallways, and elevator were tired and musty. The rooms, though, were nice as pictured. It wasn’t terrible but not a repeater for my family."

"Poor breakfast only waffles, cereal, orange juice, coffee and mandarines. Nothing like the pictures. The room and bathroom are run-down, the paint is all damaged and weird smell is coming from the hall into the room"

"The roon was nice and clean. There was 1 chair for two people. There was no iron no refrigerator no coffee Then was one microwave for everybody in the laundry room. My guess couldn't use the pool. The place was horrible to stay ."
