This home is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The pool, hot tub, swim up bar, slide, and waterfall are spectacular! This was perfect for our group of 12 women who needed a one story home for our annual ladies trip. The only problem was we weren’t ready to leave because we were enjoying the stay too much! Next time, we will would like to stay longer!

The property is spacious, well maintained, and thoughtfully provisioned. Beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, and there were plenty of towels. The pool area is simply amazing. Heartily recommend!

Family Wedding weekend

Beautiful house and pool. Close to Hwy 6 so occasional traffic noise but that didn't bother us. We enjoyed everything. Soccer goals, pool, play area, walking to the pond, the wildflowers, the cows and the house. Wish we'd set up a schedule for the pool slide & hot tub at the beginning with the rancher so we didn't have to ask each time but the entire place is delightful and everyone loved it. 6 adults and 9 kids.

we had 19 people and we all gave it 5 stars. So ,so , so perfect at every angle. Also the host was so nice. The pool was the best ever. You have to see it to believe it. Words can't fully describe this place!!!!!!!!

Hempstead Hangout

We loved every minute bec we could just relax and let the children play. Even thought it rained a little each day, we found it very soothing to sit under the porch and listen to it fall. We wanted for nothing only a little more vacation days!

The home was much more than we expected. Very beautiful, cleanliness, and spacious for 19 family members. The pool was very large and beautiful. Malissa was a great host and communicated with our family. She made check in super easy. We will book again!

Husband’s 40th Birthday getaway

We had an absolute great time. The owners were so kind and respectful to us and made us feel like home. I will definitely be renting this house again for another getaway. The house was very clean and organized and the pool was amazing.

Best rental for our family reunion so far

What a beautiful property! The house was fantastic and perfect for our family . The cows goats and chickens were a big hit with the kids. The pool was where we spent all our time . It was great and the furniture inside and out was perfect. The huge table was great for meals. Melissa responded to our questions. We will be back for sure!!!!!

GREAT TEXAS GETAWAY

The place was amazing! Our family truly enjoyed a week at this lovely property. We were awestruck by the lovely home with its high end furnishings. We enjoyed early morning visits with the cattle, chickens, goats and pigs and late night soaks in the hot tub. The 5 bedrooms gave everyone plenty of privacy and the huge great room was a wonderful place to enjoy time together as a family.

A Fabulous Family Weekend.

We had an outstanding family (24)gathering this past weekend. The common areas were very accommodating - As were the bedrooms. The kitchen outstanding ! The beautiful pool provided endless entertainment. The nearby cattle were a definite plus. Really a nice property!
