We were in a Suite room which had a great terrace but the room itself was a bit small for a suite, other suites on the floorplan looked a bit bigger. Great day gym pass, nice bar. Would have been nice for rooms to have a fridge in, especially as tap water doesn't get that cold."

"Very well positioned with a tram stop opposite, bus station over the road and train station within 5 mins walk. Breakfast was busy and the bacon oddly was shredded. Some items weren't updated as quick as ideal. Rooms are standard HIEX rooms but no safe in mine (401) which isn't the norm. Amazing environmental policy of exchanging no room refresh for drinks tokens for the bar. Brilliant idea."

"Great location just across the street from the Main train station. Hotel is located in the center of town with great shopping, restaurants and historic areas to discover. Keep in mind it's a VERY small room, but one of the best designs I have ever seen in a room There not one inch of wasted space in this room. The space under the bed was design so that you could store your suitcase under it. For the location and the price it is a good value"

I was checked in by the most incredibly helpful employee who went the extra mile (literally) to make my stay easier and more comfortable - helping with luggage and generally showing a really strong concern for customer care (for the record I'm a 50+ female, I don't mean this to sound creepy!)"
