You get what you pay for. Cost is very reasonable but floors were filthy, rooms are not insulated for noise and you can hear everything in the next room. If your not expecting a lot this place will do fine.

Very hard to find, hard to use app that you have to use to get in and out of the building. No real doors on the bedrooms and the master bedroom door kept sliding open, hot water more like lukewarm and zero water pressure
