Unprofessional staff, and the lobby bathroom was disgusting. The ice maker was broken. However, the room itself was simple and clean, and it was an easy walk to downtown. You get what you pay for.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were informative and helpful in every way imaginable. The facility was clean and neat, and it felt safe. It was about what we expected. However, in some ways it was a bit lacking. For example, our TV took effort to work, and we were told that "several" universal remotes had not connected to it, leaving me to wonder why it hadn't been replaced.

I would have given a five star but the ice machine was broken and they failed to mention this at check in. They did however, give us ice in the office. Their computer generated comment text came thru at 1:14 am. Which was very annoying. Overall, everything is newly remodeled and clean. It is a short walking distance to the Fest hall and downtown.

For the price, it was a good option for one night. Everything was clean, and while it’s not the nicest hotel, it offers good value for the money. The location is great and within walking distance of many places. We were satisfied with our stay.

Located in a beautiful little town on the edge of the Blue Ridge mountains. The inn was disappointing to say the least. No hair dryer in the room nor a trash receptacle.Went to front desk to get said items door was locked with a phone number to call so I just did without those items.

Do not stay here! Absolutely horrible starting with the disgusting, unwelcoming lobby. Then it went downhill from there: Very expensive for what? No chair to sit in just a bed No Kleenex Nightstand on one side of bed has outlet plugs but they don’t work because there is no where to plug in the main plug? No shower soap No cokes in the Coke machine No ice in the outside ice chest Breakfast options cheap Hair in the floor - not mine TV in one of the rooms did not work Just conditioning shampoo? No conditioner? Cheap towels I hope the owner who is sitting in his Multi Million dollar house in Gainesville reads this! You should have more pride in your property .

The shampoo and soap dispenser were empty. My daughter went to the front desk and they didn’t have any. Cigarettes littered the entry way.

They had problems with the plumbing above my unit and it overflowed into my bathroom which I tried just to work with people I told him no big deal I cleaned it up with the towels that were there and they kept anybody else from using the unit above me

Ruth the front desk operator was very nice and pleasant to communicate and deal with. Room was nice and clean. Great location. Air conditioner work very well. Shower was hot and relaxing. Will stay again.

Our room smelled like a dog kennel, the smoke detector appeared to have been ripped off the wall, stains on the bedding, carpet was nasty, old broken furniture in the parking lot, paint peeling off of the ceiling. The property as a whole was in deplorable condition

Beds were rock hard, our door wouldn’t open with the key more often than not, the air conditioner was loud and if it wasn’t constantly running the room was immediately too hot which is weird. The staff made me wait while they finished up a personal call. My son’s bed sheets had brown stains on them. Overall wouldn’t recommend this sleeping accommodation.

Nothing worked and our first room had feces on the wall of the bathroom adjacent to the toilet bowl. Our second room, the door handle, barely worked. The ice machine didn’t work. There was no cable however we were told if we had an account for Netflix or something we could use that if we would sign into our own account. Property had garbage all over the place in the back. The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets were thin as paper and we were freezing or sweating, depending on if we had the air on or not.

The people were nice at check in and through our stay BUT our handicap room was supposedly new renovation. There was only ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET but the nightstands required electricity to operate lamps, charging stations etc and there was only one outlet to plug in one nightstand!! The outlet was on the far side of the room so we had to go purchase extension cord to reach only one nightstand! It was the single light in the entire room!!! This “newly renovated handicap room “ had zero ADA requirements! The shower was NOT ADA! It did have handrails but the high tub/ shower prevented handicap access! The shower had no handheld shower head, the handicap rail for the toilet was mounted BEHIND THE TOILET TANK! Not ADA REGULATIONS! The single chair in the room tipped backwards when you sit and landed you in the floor! Dangerous!! The desk had zero electrical connection and zero lighting. The room was clean, freshly painted but lacked being ready for guests. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no lid for ice bucket, ironing board with no iron, no lights over bathroom vanity and only two small bath towels for a three day stay. To get ice you had to enter lobby and give your contacts desk clerk to take to a back room to fill when they had time. There was NO WORKING SWIMMING POOL IN 93 degree weather the first week of JULY!! Clerk apologized for inconvenience and seemed embarrassed by the problems we encountered. However, the airconditioning unit worked well Would not sta
