Penthouse Staffelsee for 6 people is a luxury penthouse with modern conveniences. The 4-room apartment is designed as a maisonette, providing guests with a usable area of approximately 140m2 spread out over two levels. The accommodation is on the top floor of the apartment building, which is located on the resort’s lovely boulevard. The promenade also has extensive facilities.



The spacious lounge is located on the ground floor and has a dining area and a seating area with a television. The fully equipped open kitchen has luxury appliances such as a gas hob, combi-oven and dishwasher. From the lounge, there is direct access to the furnished balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view from your spacious balcony or relax completely in your own private wellness area. This wellness area has a sauna and a hot tub. There is also fitness equipment, a shower and a washbasin.



On this floor, there are also 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a twin bedroom and 1 is a double. There is also a bathroom with a bath, shower and washbasin, a separate toilet and storage room. On the top floor, there is another twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a staircase leading to this floor.

General information: because of its location, Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchair users. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
