"perfect location walking distance to carnival cruise ship. walk across the parking lot to Katie's sea food, then 2 blocks from the Strand. 100% will book this place again when going to Galveston. downfall was lower than normal breakfast, but still worth it for the location. "

"They do not enforce any sort of quiet hours. There were people blasting profanity filled music in the parking lot past midnight laughing at the people with kids they woke up & staff didn’t do anything. Partying in the hotel rooms. Otherwise it was nice. The staff is very friendly, but the floors were disgusting & sticky in both rooms. Otherwise it was pretty clean."

"Room was clean! Bed was a little hard, and curtain didn’t cover the window, so lots of light coming in at night. Over all enjoyed our stay! "

"We had a brief problem with the TV but, a quick remote swap and, no more issue. The bed was nice but, too firm for our liking. For some reason, the floor felt slick. It wasn't wet but, even with the A/C, it had a damp slick feel to it. The bathroom was very nice. The shower floor had a very slippery feel while showering. It made for an uneasy feeling. We loved our balcony view. Overall it was a great experience."

"Location is beautiful. Rooms were very nice. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Now as far as parking I feel like close parking spots should be for the people that are actually renting rooms. Day pass families should park somewhere else. Also day pass people should have a time limit on their passes. If the water park is open from 10am-8pm they should be allowed to stay for half the time so the actual guest can enjoy their amenities. My family wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because it...
