"Love the shuttle and driver."

"The staff is very nice. It is right off of a main road so there is significant road noise. The property could use some better maintenance. There was some paint chippage and paint splatter on the floor in the bathroom. Also could be a little cleaner, there was stains on the curtains. All together not a horrible stay, it gets the job done but definitely not the nicest stay."

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are constantly cleaning. The pool area is warm and the water was clean. The staff keeps the pool clean. They ask you when you come in how much service you require in your room. The breakfasts are warm and delicious. Highly recommend."

"Everything was great, the only negative thing was the temp being way too cold in the hallways. Could have been because of the stair cases being wide open. It was cold for my kids walking out of the pool and back to our room. Everything else was just fine though! My other recommendations would be microwaves to heat up leftovers and towels located in the pool. I'm sure they have a reason although would be great to hear an explanation as to why those 2 amenities are not available. Staff was...
