"Upon arrival I went to check in and was told the room I booked and paid for was not available as there were “no king bed rooms on the first floor” so I was given a different room of two double beds instead. Not convenient for a couple travelling together nor is it what I paid for. There was also an abundance of black mold throughout the shower and bathroom. "My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were both helpful and friendly. Check in and checkout was quick and efficient. I didn’t use any of the amenities because of being so tired I slept late and didn’t make it down for breakfast. Missing breakfast was fine because I enjoyed sleeping late. I definitely would stay there again."

"The rooms were not very clean. There was a towel hanging behind the door when we arrived in our room , which we assume had been used as it was damp to the touch. There was a musty smell in the room. The breakfast was severely lacking. The front desk staff was helpful when we requested additional things. The room had conditioner and lotion, but no shampoo."
