Por un error en la aplicación de reservas (www.hoteles.com) se reservaron y pagaron 2 habitaciones para 2 noches en lugar de una sola habitación. Tras pedir al alojamiento la devolución del importe pagado por error en varias ocasiones y por diversos medios, se han negado rotundamente.
