From the comfortable seating area, you can step directly onto the spacious terrace, where a large garden table with chairs is ready for long breakfasts, lunches and dinners by the water.



Around the villa is a spacious garden with plenty of room to relax. By the water is a private mooring dock, a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, a drink or simply the view of the passing boats.



The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, including an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and a spacious fridge with freezer compartment. You also enjoy the free view over the lake from the dining table inside.



On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with single box spring beds and a wardrobe. The master bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful view over the water, a lovely place to start the day peacefully. The luxury bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, walk-in shower and washbasin. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
