"Staff were exceptional particularly Camilla on reception nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was immaculately clean I though the valet service for parking the car was too expensive."

"Great central location and short walk to the train station. Apartment was clean, everthing you could possibly need in the kitchen, great shower and comfy bed. Lots of independent shops nearby with the Baths and Abbey practically on the doorstep. What's not to love! Would definitely stay again if i come to Bath again. "

"Great stay at this property. The room was large and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. A very modern bathroom although the extractor fan could have been more powerful to dry the bathroom. We couldn’t work out the air conditioning but it wasn’t too warm in the room. It was quiet at night and the curtains made the room dark so easy to sleep. The staff were very friendly and we had a cooked breakfast the next morning. The location is great and only about a 10 minute walk into the city...

"This hotel is not 5 star, it’s more like1 star. It’s very worn, poor quality furnishings and overall is extremely tired. I recently booked and when I arrived and saw the room refused to stay. The hotel wouldn’t refund or even make a gesture so do not book non refundable. I was allocated room 8 and it was like the worst B&B from the 80’s.
