"We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right in the centre and so convenient for getting around. But these were minor things, and overall we had a really lovely stay. We’d happily stay here again!"

The apartment is roomy. Bed is comfortable but very low to rise from. The lift was welcome so no lengthy walk upstairs. Bath was very clean. We visited Leeds during...
