Lake house located in the beautiful community of Eden Isle in Heber Springs, Arkansas. This unit is walking distance to the Red Apple Inn and Country Club. Guests may take advantage of the Red Apple dining room, which offers delicious fare and spectacular views of Greers Ferry Lake. Eden Isle Marina is a short 2 minute drive away. The marina offers a variety of boat rentals for guests.

40TH Birthday Celebration

Cozy midcentury in a quiet golf community

This was a great stay for four women on a book-cation! So quiet and so much space that we all lounged and slept comfortably. The owner is so kind and makes himself available for any questions you may have. There’s even a hammock outside in the side yard area! If you’re looking for a quiet get away this is the place to stay.

Wonderful Family Trip During Eclipse

This home is in a lovely location very near the Red Apple Inn, which I had visited in my earlier years. My husband and I rented it for us, and our two grown children & families (4 adults and 3 children). The accommodations were perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the large, open kitchen/living area, the screened-in porch, and the deck/courtyard. The hammock was a big bonus! Because it was in the path of totality for the eclipse, the family was able to gather on the deck and have a clear view without having to travel! Communications with the host were really exceptionally good. We learned everything we needed to know in a very timely manner. He was extremely responsive to our questions. Would recommend this lovely home without exceptions.

Heber Springs Reunion

Beautiful on golf course which my brothers loved. Very peaceful and secluded. The owner is very accommodating and pleasant. We are planning another stay in this home next year, would recommend this home for anyone that need some over due relaxation. Thank you from Smith's / Hogan's

Excellent get Away!

Property very clean, owners were very responsive to any questions we had! One thing to remember is to give hot water tank time to recover for showers if you have more than 3 people! We had 5 and a 2 year old and ran out of hot water after the 3 rd. person showered! There were plenty of towels and wash cloth's and other ammenities that made our stay memorable!

We had a great visit, great location. The owners communication was exceptional. The only thing was the previous visitors left the freezer dirty, but other than that everything was nice & clean. The king bed downstairs was probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in other than my own.. Thank you so much.

Girls' Trip

Some friends and I decided to take a weekend away sans husbands and children. This cabin was perfect for us! The space was light and airy with tons of windows. There were plenty of beds with a variety of firmness levels to choose from. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. We even enjoyed a few chick flicks on the smart TV. We will certainly be keeping this property in mind for our next trip!

SPRING BREAK 2022

The property was more spacious than the description and pictures showed. We had plenty of room and the condo was amply supplied! Everything was clean and ready for us. The owners were responsive and very easy to keep in touch with. The location was great for us as we went into Heber Springs often. I highly recommend this property and owners.

Wonderful getaway
