Escape to this modern and spacious, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation rental townhome in Heber City! Located a short drive from top attractions, like Park City Mountain and the Heber Valley Railroad, this property is the perfect base for all your adventures. Hit the slopes at one of the many nearby ski resorts, explore the picturesque landscapes, or simply relax over a game of ping pong or a movie on the Smart TV. This townhome is the perfect home base for your adventures with family and friends.
The space
There are 4 bedrooms

Master Bedroom: King Size Bed with Bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed with Bathroom
Bedroom 3: Full Size Bed with Bathroom
Bedroom 4: Two triple bunk beds that can sleep up to 6 people

There is also a big pull out sofa bed that is a queen size bed.

You can access to Townhouse through the garage or the front door which both have a keypad. The code will be provided to you before checkin.
Other things to note
There is a studio apartment in the townhouse that has a separate entrance. No space is shared.

Parking can be either in the garage or there is parking available on the right side of the townhouses.

We stayed for the weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. The kitchen is large and nicely adjacent to the main gathering area and each couple had a bedroom with its own bathroom. Very nice. The host was very available, courteous and made us welcome! Great place to stay!

Wonderful stay! Almost hesitate to give a review because I know we will be back and would be sad if it’s not available. Great communication. No problems during our stay. House clean, plenty of rooms. Having plenty of games available at the house was a pleasant surprise.

The Perfect Basecamp in the Wasatch Wonderland

We visited Heber City for the week of July 4, 2025 and this condo did not disappoint. The kitchen is open and spacious and had everything we needed to prepare our meals for our "escape the heat of AZ" trip. We loved the ping pong table and that each room had a TV so when we needed a little quiet time for quarreling cousins we had a place for each family. Each upstairs room has an attached bathroom which everyone appreciated. This condo is minutes from downtown Heber and less than ten from Midway. We visited the Heber Dairy, Alpaca Farm, Midway Memorial, and Heber Railway and each visit was less than 15 minutes from the condo. Walmart, Lee's and gas stations are close as well. If you have littles that need some time at a park, the park on Main is 5 minutes away and the a park in Midway is 10 minutes and the little ones loved it. Heber City has a wonderful day long celebration for the 4th of July that has me wanting to return next year. Wonderful small town feel, and we would stay in this condo again.One thing to be aware of if you have little ones, the furniture is light colored so bring your Tide stick in case small spills happen on the kitchen chairs or someone has sticky hands near the couch.We bought a few extra kitchen towels and wash cloths because the two that were in the kitchen were not going to be enough for our group for the week. While you're picking up groceries get a pack of toilet paper because there won't be any extra under the sink.

A convenient place for families!

We all had a great time. The place was very nice for three families. Having an en suite for the three bedrooms upstairs made it very convenient. We were close to the Heber Valley Railroad where we enjoyed the North Pole Express. It was all great!!!

Short stay to meet up with family

We loved the setup! Every bedroom upstairs had its own bathroom and all the beds (even the pullout) were so comfortable! The pool table and ping pong table were super fun too. It was also added bonus that the only clean up asked of us was take out trash and run the dishwasher. Gave us a little extra time to sleep in without stressing.

Great space for a larger group

We stayed at this property for a weekend to enjoy some golf and a nice getaway. We had 2 adult couples and 4 teenage boys. The layout of the property was great with the bunk bed room and ping pong being separate from the ‘grown up’ bedrooms. Beds and pillows were ok. But then again, I’m pretty particular when it comes to my bed and pillows but it wasn’t a deal breaker. It’s in a new development area, so it was really quiet at night and nice to see the stars. For being a condo, we never felt cramped and had plenty of elbow room.

Nice townhouse

Great little spot close to everything in Heber. Very clean and comfortable. Only hiccup was that there is not a full bathroom in common area. Full bathrooms (which were nice) are only in the upstairs bedrooms. Also lots of stairs… Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Valley, Beautiful Townhome

This brand new property was beautiful and perfect for a large family. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Ezra was there to help immediately when the garage code did not work. I would recommend this property.

Clean, and great location.

The place was clean. We loved the ping pong table. My married children loved having their own bathrooms. The host was very prompt to reply. There are basic supplies in the kitchen available. Would have loved some wash cloths and a couple kitchen towels and some more garbage bags. There wasn’t a shower that wasn’t connected to a bedroom for those sleeping in the bedroom with the bunkbeds. Overall the place was great, very few concerns. We would stay again!
