"Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe.
Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "

"A very run down hotel. We are used to staying in basic accommodation but this was not pleasant. We experience lots is negative things unfortunately, the worst being the smoke that we could smell in our room coming from the next door guests. There is definitely people living indefinitely here.The bathroom floor vinyl was Peeling off, carpet looked dirty and lots of hairs in the bathroom. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but this was an exception. The only positive was the parking. "

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar.
We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. The feathered steak was delicious. They have a bar and also a cocktail bar downstairs which we tried, the ambiance wa great and...

"Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. "
